I love Latin because of the sense of community. We have all gone through the long hours of homework, studying for endless quizzes, and experiencing Latin State once a year. I wouldn’t change my language for anything!
ARE YOU A LATIN SCHOLAR?
Marist High School is a proud chapter of the Georgia Junior Classical League.
Even though Latin State Convention was canceled this year due to COVID-19, our students are still putting in the effort to participate in the Virtual Latin State Convention! The physical event was canceled, but we are still submitting projects to the GJCL.
Our Latin Scholars contribute year-round to the GJCL activities by eagerly attending and contributing to events for the whole state.
